Es Vedrà

Isla es Vedra is famous for many things. Standing at almost 400 metres high, many visitors make their way to the rock formation to marvel at its beguiling size or for a front row seat to what’s said to be Ibiza’s best sunset. Whatever the reason for your trip, when you get your first proper glimpse of this imposing rock from the deck of your yacht, you’ll feel awe, wonder and peace all at once. As the sun begins to dip below the horizon and dusk sets in, the sheer grandeur of the uninhibited island is paired with a pink and orange-hued sky. With the colours dancing across the shimmering water and the feeling of serenity in the air, it’s like seeing a water-coloured painting in real life.

Isla de Es Vedrá, a small gorgeous island located off the southwest of Ibiza is considered one of Spain’s hidden gems. It stands 380 meters tall and is made of stunning limestone. The only locals you’ll find here are goats, lizards, and birds, adding to its enchanting and solitary appeal. Take a short hike and enjoy the stunning views along the rocky coast. In the evening, enjoy a breathtaking sunset as the sun slips into the water with a beautiful array of colours.
